You are invited to an online interview, where the head of the department is present. For an hour, he asks you various questions to assess your level of knowledge, as well as answer your questions.
For some positions, we have a test task that helps to evaluate your experience. Terms and conditions are negotiated individually, depending on the workload and other factors.
After evaluating your resume, interview and test task (optional), we make a decision, and if it is positive, we proceed to the last phase.
We prepare an offer for you based on an assessment of your experience and your wishes, and send it to you. After accepting it, you start a New Game with Arrible ;)
